Dollar General

"Is this the newest, cleanest, most fully stocked or upscale Dollar General in the world? No. But I’ll tell you what: they have the best staff, and I’ll take that any day. I needed balloons for a kids birthday, and I was calling around trying to find them, but nobody had them in stock. I called this store and the gentleman who answered, said that he had a few, and then asked what they were for. I mentioned a birthday he said, yes, I have a few. When I got there, he was correct, there was only a few, but I found a couple that worked, and was about to check out when several staff walked out of the back with an armful of freshly inflated birthday balloons they had blown up just in case I came in, and they even offered to blow up the ones that already had in case I was particularly attached to them. Thank you!"

"This store is never open like it should be they open when they want to and close when they want to, half of the time on weekends they aren't opened.... I am sitting out front right now at 8:41 a.m., and it's not open, and they open at 8:00 a.m., and when you get in there, the seven are empty . It's not a good store, but it's all we have here ...."

"I was harassed from the time I walked into the store by a man that was apparently well known by the employees because no attempts were made to make him leave the area. The sale items would not ring up properly, and the store was a mess, making it difficult for me to locate merchandise. One plus is the employees were VERY nice. I left without making a purchase. Besides the items not ringing up properly social distancing was not being adhered to with this nut standing behind me cursing me out. I will NEVER return to this location!!!!"

"THE MANAGER KEISHA IS TRASH!!!! SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL, THE SHIFT LEAD THAT IS ON DUTY RIGHT NOW (8/22/17 @ 4:50 PM), CALLED HER AND ASKED HER ABOUT A RETURN, A FREAKING $5.00 AIR FRESHENER THAT WAS DAMAGED IN THE PACKAGE ALREADY....... SO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL TRASH GENERAL MANAGER HANGS UP ON THE EMPLOYEE WHILE SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME.... I DON'T KNOW WHERE DOLLAR GENERAL GOT THIS PIECE OF TRASH, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL POOR EXCUSE OF A PERSON FROM, BUT SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. This is absolutely ridiculous that a customer has to go through so much trouble disrespect and issues just returned something that they spent their money on and paid for, I'm quite sure if it was something this disrespectful idiot bought that she would have no problem returning her stuff, but because I'm a female and she's probably one of those jealous ghetto type of women she wants to give me the runaround. Well I hope it was worth it Miss Keisha because I've already talked to corporate twice and I'm about to blast you on my social media bad customer service page and I'm about to make flyers about it so everyone will make sure to know how trash this place is the glasses busted the door around the border of the door when you walk in it's coming apart the ceilings are rusted the event that's supposed to be ventilation and air circulation for the store so it's nasty and rusted the floors are nasty the store is just freaking trifling and disgusting. When you walk up to the door get harassed by a dirty man who is absolutely covered in mess and who has dirt from head to toe all over him and harassing every woman that walks through the door and the staff sees him and they don't even bother to call the police to ask the man to move so this is what this store represents is trash and nastiness"

"Today's visit was very pleasant the general manager Tasha was very informative and also encouraged me to take the survey on my receipt. I was greeted coming in the door and wish to pleasant day on my way out. This store has gone through much improvement over the last 3 weeks or so and I am appreciative of the changes. The staff are Pleasant and the in stock personnel are neat and organized. I can definitely say that this store is making changes for the better and I'm looking forward to seeing its full potential."
