"At other Belle locations I’ve honestly had nothing but the best service. However with this location it was a different story. With a flat tire that occurred transporting my mom to the hospital for surgery. Timing was critical given the situation. I call to see if they can get me in and how long it would take. With confidence, after explaining my situation, they tell me 45 minutes. I take the car in 30 minutes early. An hour goes by and nothing. Two hours. Nothing. I approach and reiterate the situation. All four wheels are still off. 2 hours 20 minutes later, OVER 3X the estimate my car is done. - No communication. - No consideration - No compensation. Just a shallow apology. Meanwhile my mother, who is 83 years old, is in an out of town hospital drugged and alone. By the time I return I've missed the post-op consult with the surgeon. This is awful. Never again"

"Driving home from Kansas to western NY I ended up with a flat on my brand new car in Indianapolis. A local tow truck service suggested Belle as it was next door to a hotel. I was at the shop right as it opened, and they were nothing but kind and helpful. I mentioned that tires for that vehicle are extremely difficult to find, but he insured me that he would find them by calling other services if necessary but not to worry, as they might be able to fix it. The gentleman who moved my vehicle had no problem with the 6 speed transmission and quickly got it into the bay. Within 20 minutes of my arrival they had me back on the road with a plug in my tire. I was able to make the last 500 miles of my journey safely and I am to grateful. For a situation that could have gone so much worse, I managed to find some of the best people during my trip, right in Indianapolis. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us (a tall veteran) and the lovely woman from behind the desk. We appreciate you more than you could know."
