"This store always has nice finds, music, is clean and most of the staff are very nice. The clean shaven male manager is not nice though and this is like the third time i've encountered his rudeness."

"I made a big mistake and left a package intended for USPS in a basket that I donated. The package was sealed and had a label on it, so I was hopeful that they would at least check the label to see if it was an active shipping label before they sent it off. I understand, though, that a random USPS package at Goodwill likely happens all the time, but opening a sealed package without investigating at all doesn't sit right with me. I called the store 3 times, but the phone number on Google is not actually a working number, so I sat on hold with it just playing a recording each time, it turns out. After emailing them, someone at the store finally reached out to me and said they were pretty sure they had the item I had in the package and they'd call me back. I asked how long it would be because I was selling the item on Poshmark and wondered if I should cancel the order. I wasn't sure if it'd be days or hours. The manager said she was looking right now so not long. No one called. I checked after a few hours and they said they did have the item, so I let the manager know I was on my way. As I got there, the manager was leaving for a break of some sort and when an employee told her I was there for my item, she crumpled up her face like it was atrocious that I would show up. She then had an employee give me my item, so I wasn't able to talk with her about whether Goodwill has policies in place that discuss how to handle unopened mail or whether this was just a really random occurrence. I know I messed up by donating the package, but everything that happened after I made that mistake was bad communication and poor handling. I am grateful I got my item back, but since they opened my package, the other little trinket included inside the package as a gift to the buyer are now for sale here, probably. Not a great experience for me and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth how it was all handled."

"Overall a good store, well ran, employees keep busy with stocking and cleaning. Lots of cool things to find. I would recommend this location"
