"Does anyone at corporate read these reviews? This store is jacked up, man! The floors are always dirty and the employees are always in a bad mood! Seems like there’s a major management problem! Today they had a paper sign on the door that said they were closed but they were open. The cashier up front said they would be closing early but wouldn’t explain the sign. She was wearing a uniform from Speedway gas station. I tell ya man, corporate needs to get in here and pay some hard workers to turn this joint around! The family dollar across the street AT LEAST keeps the floor clean and trains the employees on how to greet people!"

"How is this company even still in business? They treat their employees like garbage and cannot staff their stores well enough to even keep them open during posted business hours. We would all be better off if DG just went away altogether"

"I shop here often, because it's close, but my experiences vary. Sometimes the store is a mess, and new product sits in the aisles, making it difficult to get to other products, and other times, everything is fine. Sometimes the employees are really nice & helpful, and other times they don't say anything to you. For the most part, it's a decent place! Prices are great! Their selection isn't always the best, but they have all the basics & more."

"Still had shelf tags on two items from sale that ended the previous day as we were shopping. Refused to honor the price and acted like we were in the wrong for asking them to honor the price on the shelf."
