"Every time we visit this Taco Bell location, they get something in our order wrong. They are seriously skimpy on the meat when making food, and employees are pretty apathetic when asked to right a wrong. Don't waste your time--just go to a different location. Pretty sad for such a high traffic area--you would think they would want to keep their customers satisfied"

"For as much as a taco costs these days you would hope the night shift would get the order right. Of all the times I've been to this place at night they have gotten order right about 25% of the time. If you go the drive through route DO NOT leave the window, count your items before driving off. If you need a late night snack go to the bell on Allisonsville road, they bat 100."

"Slow service, poor drive-thru experience, food wrong, food missing, poor quality food. Overall just a very very poor experience. Definitely go to another Taco Bell/ these employees could honestly care less about you or their jobs. I am afraid to actually see what it looks like inside or how the food is handled."

"We drove up to the drive thru, the sign was lit up and the site said they were open until 2am. This was on a Sunday a little after 8pm. After waiting at the speaker for a few minutes, I tried asking to place an order. There was no answer and there were also cars behind us. I then drove around to the pick up window and there were two people standing there talking. One of them a female just looked at us and said they were closed. Did not even open the window. Poor service all the way around. We went to another taco bell in Fishers. They were open and had great service there. Would recommend to anyone that they skip the one on 96th street. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them."

"Was informed they don’t have cashiers anymore and I had to use the mobile app or order on the kiosk. I wouldn’t have minded if I wasn’t on my timed lunch break and had a card to pay with, but I was paying cash and would’ve still needed a cashier. Might was well just close this location down if you honestly don’t want the business."
