"Corporate review: In 2.5 yrs my points have never expired. Out of nowhere my points disappear. No response from voicemail or email to corporate office. I found the email about my points expiring in my spam folder and the title of the email was “check-ins” expiring. Check-ins?? That’s deceptive right!? I still ordered the day after my points expired but a week later I still have no response from corporate regarding my voicemail or email, so it was time to write a review."
