"Ron the delivery driver tried our non- working doorbell, then called me, then called again when I didn't pick up, then texted (I was ignoring all of this because of a serious phone call about a family member medical issue), and he was STILL cheerful and kind when I answered the door rather than annoyed at the delay. He remembered us as customers. Pizza good; order correct. My go-to for easy movie night dinner."
"The new team and manager here are great!! There are a lot of negative reviews on here but don't let that mislead you. Those negative reviews are from the previous manager and team. This location has had a major overhaul in operation and service. The new manager Darren is great and very hands on with the team. I've never had a late delivery or messed up order with this new manager or team. We order here at least twice a week for the family. The previous crew was there strictly for a paycheck, this current team is there for good customer service!"
"If the manager doesn’t care about doing a good job, neither will the employees. That’s what I experienced. Ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza add mushrooms, onion and banana peppers. Pizza arrived less than 30 min later with NO pepperoni. Called the store and the employee said he would get a new one out right away. 40 min later, still no pizza. Called and the employee said it just left. I live 9 min away. 25 min later, still no pizza. Called again and the manager said it just left and would be here soon. No sorry, we screwed up, or offer to make it right until I asked to speak to his supervisor. Still waiting on the call from his supervisor. When the pizza finally arrived , it was Luke-warm at bast and had less than the typical toppings. This place is not what you see in the commercials."
"5/5 stars! Was very impressed with the quality of the store, food and service. Kitchen, tables, everything was clean. Pizza was perfectly crispy and full of toppings. The GM, Darryn actually took our order and had a nice conversation with us. Would have taken a better picture of the pizza but we ate it too fast because of how good it was. Will be my go to pizza place!"
