"I came in for the first time the other day and not only is the food great, the service is amazing! I had no clue what type of bowl to order and Riann was so patient and helpful with me, it truly made my day. Also, her bowl recommendation is my new go to and I will definitely be back!"
"Usually very good nice full bowl of good fresh fruit, granola, etc. but recently seems like they are cutting back on the amount they are putting in it. My bowl wasn’t nearly as full as usual by a noticeable amount so I called to ask about it and they blamed the full bowls on “high schoolers being to generous with the servings”. For $16 of fruit and granola I’d expect a full bowl!"
"If you are a vegetarian or vegan make sure they don’t put chicken in your veggie sandwich. The chicken was an added cost that we didn’t add, but it was put into both sandwiches, anyway. The ladies working were very nice and offered to remake the order, even though they were trying to clean up to close. The sandwiches were great, tasty and made fast. I would eat here again."
"A year ago I was at 5 stars easy. Since then, I'm not sure what has gone on behind the scenes, but I've got to drop to 3 - maybe 2.5 stars. The flavor of the bowls remains tasty, but the quality has faltered. How they are put together has been inconsistent, and while I am generally satisfied with the customer service, I did witness a poor handling of an elderly customer with what seemed like a legitimate concern, by one of the young workers. (Disrespectful, and and basically unprofessional) Bottomline, as someone else mentioned, you could go somewhere else for a less expensive bowl, but just as tasty, and the servings are probably better."
"I absolutely love this place. I usually have a bowl, but I have tried the smoothies as well. I find the bowls to be better. They always taste fresh and are filling. Customer service is good too. If there is a line, it can move pretty slow and it takes a while to get your order, but I’d say it’s worth it."
