Jan. 3rd, 2019 I ordered 2 extra large plain pizzas. I like this place as soon as they opened the first one in Carmel. Because this place remains me NYC. As far as I know, if your pizza tastes bad, you will be closed down in 6 months in NYC. But the pizzas I ordered today were very salty sauce and salty dough. That’s why the pizzas taste bad overall. I expected they should be more careful in quality and quantity control in the near future. 8/23/19 I ordered two extra large pies of cheese and Bella. Somehow the cheese pie was too salty and the Bella was used minced garlic from a jar. Who’s using minced garlic for pizza? I am from New York City and the most of pizza shops use slices garlic on their pizza for the look, the taste and the smell . The smell is totally different with sliced garlic and minced one. The worst pizza I ever tasted ever."
