"Drive through- ordered 2 3-piece Cod dinners. Cashier said 2 2-piece at window so manager helped her correct the order. Paid the extra for correction. Got home, missing the extra fish I paid for. Soggy, cold French fries that were supposed to be extra crispy and onion rings cold and hard as a rock. This Culver's used to be good, not anymore ! We are done with this location !!!!!"
"Stopped for custard after having lunch elsewhere. Staff were very friendly. Our order was correct and they gave me a sample of the chocolate. The grandkids love going here."
"Very disappointed in my visit we went on 1/5/2024 at 5:41 using register 6 which was a male employee. When we pulled up to the drive through the employee tried faking a middle eastern accent and then laughed about it. When we tried to order we were responded with I don’t care and he started laughing. We ordered two sandwiches both were made incorrectly. One being the opposite of everything we requested, I’m not sure if it was on purpose or accidental. The employee offered terrible customer service, I’m very disappointed in the service we received."
"Took a bite out of crispy chicken sandwich and discovered sharp chicken bone. Lost my appetite. First and last time I will be going to this Culver’s!"
"One of the rare fast food places that still serves a grilled chicken sandwich. And it’s really good, too. Also, their cheese curds are amazing. The service at every Culver’s is always really good. This place is no exception."
