"Don't bother calling this Car-X man. His head is Rattle Raddle Thunder Clatter Rude Rude Rude. I called because I need a written estimate to get the cost covered. He gave me the estimate.on the phone I asked if I could come by to get it written. He said not without us looking at it. But he was to busy to do it that day. He SAID he doesn't do appointments first come first serve. He said they open at 7:30 am I got there at 7 with 2 ahead of me. 4 hours later and 6 cars in ahead of me he still had not got to me. So I asked when he said probably later this afternoon. How did these people get ahead of me if you don't take appointments? He just looked at me with no word. Now he knows we was only getting an estimate so I can get it to VA to get it approved. So it shouldn't take long but I looked at him and said give me my keys. Just 4 months ago we spent out of our pocket over $800.00 in that location. He knew that. If he is a manager FIRE HIM! If he is the owner he deserves to lose every dollar possible. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS CAR-X MAN!!!! Mark Barmes"

"They told me it would take an hour, maybe less to get my car in. Took them over two hours to do that. It happens but would've been nice for someone to let me know. The quote they gave me was about double what I expected so I told them no thank you on the job. I get in my car and they had thrown all my stuff from the front passenger seat onto the floor. It wasn't anything large and if it was in the way at all I would've moved it before hand, no problem at all. But nope. Just thrown on the floor. Would not recommend this business."
