"They said on the phone that the battery was one price, then when I got there in person they said it was a different price for the same car discussed on the phone. They need to do better at communicating and giving correct and consistent information. They also told me that they had the battery in stock over the phone, when I got there a person said they didn't I asked someone else there and they had three of the batteries in stock!"
