"Broke down at the Walgreens across the street from this Midas the day before Xmas eve when the shop had just one hour before closing. Moments after calling in, a mechanic was walking across the street to my car with a jumper kit and tried to diagnose. Unfortunately it wasn’t just a battery issue. They connected me with a tow company so my car would be in good hands over the Holiday closure. Fastest tow I’ve ever gotten (40 minutes). Midas actually got into the car and had a conversation with me about expectations despite them about to close up shop and go on their well-deserved Holiday break. After Xmas, this team got right into my car, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it within a day. Because of their thorough inspection, they discovered an issue separate to what caused me to break down in order to prevent me from having this situation happen again. Fair pricing, quick delivery of part I needed, and fast work on the installation. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service received here. Huge shoutout to Richard, Matt, and Chris. They provide great service, are transparent about costs, are always honest about what needs to be addressed and what can wait, and accomplish the work very quickly. It’s rare I take my car in for service and it’s not done within a few hours.
