"Justin was awesome. I'm editing this. I did give them a 5 star review based on in store service and prices. I have decreased that since delivery. We were told the would drop the furniture and take it out of boxes and all we would have to do is put the seat backs on the recliner. Well, the delivery guy refused to even take the stuff out of the boxes. That's unprofessional. Prices are great. In store service is great. They dropped the ball on delivery. And before you reply that you gave us free delivery, we were ready to pay separately for delivery because Justin forgot to add it to the bill with the furniture, but the manager told him to just give it free."
