Jersey Mike's Subs

"I love the food here, but 2/3 Times that I’ve been here they have messed up my order and it’s almost like they don’t care. I came in today and ordered a sandwich on rosemary Parm bread. I saw the lady write down next to the number of my sandwich order that it’s supposed to be on Rosemary Parm bread and then she gave it to the people on the grill and I heard her tell this girl, from what I heard her name was Keely? or something like that to make sure that it is on Rosemary Parm bread. So I know she knew what bread to put it on. Plus it was written on the ticket, and the other person on grill took the ticket and looked at it before giving it to me, and I watched him wrap my sandwich, too. so my question is why did I get white bread instead? usually this wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it was like the first time, but out of the three times I’ve been here this has happened twice and yes, both times this has happened. They have had the rosemary Parm bread so realistically, there’s no reason for this to have happened especially when it’s written on the ticket. It’s just annoying because whenever I pay for something, I expect it to be done correctly."
