"Went through the drive-thru on 2/23/24 and ordered a large Whopper w/ cheese combo. I got home and saw that they screwed me on the fries and everything was cold. I got a cold Whopper, a cold half order of fries, and a cold Mellow Yellow. At least they got one thing right. What an absolute waste of time and money."
"Burger King in Newburgh has always been great when it comes to quality of food and customer service! I've never gotten a bad order of food from them ever! Whoppers are great, obviously, but so are the original chicken sandwiches and cheesy tots and the onion rings! The cheddar jalapeno jalapeno bites used to be one of my favorite menu items but sadly, they have removed them from the menu. Sad. I highly suggest you add the app to your phone because ordering is super easy and you can have it delivered or pick it up there at the store! And don't forget, Wednesday is $3 Whopper Wednesday!"
"It's hit and miss with this location. The food is nearly always pretty good, just kinda slow sometimes. Over all, not bad."
"The service was very good and the employees were friendly. Our order was prepared quickly. The burgers were good, but the fries and onion rings were lukewarm. There were several tables that needed to be cleaned off, so the number of choices of tables was limited. They need to hire someone whose only responsibility is to make sure that the dining area clean."
