"Great quality, they just seemed a bit chaotic. Recent change in management is most likely the cause, I'll definitely try again."
"Ordered our pizza by phone, was told 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and was told it would be 20 minutes more. Waited 20 minutes, went in and told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I told them just to cancel my order. Doubt I will be back. Basically it was going to be an hour and fifteen minute total wait time. I'd been fine with that if they told me that to begin with."
"Food was hot and fresh. Service was not the best, considering the rush being new years eve. Expectation of an overcrowded lobby and lower than usual service wasn't a good combination for a great experience. Out of the five large pizzas ordered,we all enjoyed it, as it was quite delicious."

"I can't say enough good things a lot this papa johns. My order is always right and usually done early. My food is always hot and delicious. The staff are polite and courteous. The deals are always great. Thanks for the excellent job papa johns! Pics are of the Philly cheese steak pizza and cheese sticks. Yum!"
