Wendy's

"I just had the worst Fish Sandwich I have ever had. The WORST sandwich. This sandwich had sat for hours, it was hard and stale and practically inedible. I was looking forward to eating this because it was ONCE my favorite fish sandwich. Whoever put these sandwiches together is lazy, incompetent, and doesn't care about the customer. ANY PERSON could have seen this sandwich was old. You honestly I want to spend 23 dollars on two inedible fish meals!? It was horrible."

"Okay we came in there and place the order waited 35 minutes still didn't get it so my wife went up front and asked where was our food they said they didn't know they gave it to somebody else so they fixed the food and the fries was cold so they asked if we want our money back she said yes then the guy said we will fix you fresh food if you want it so they did make it right but we will never go back to this Wendy's again"

"Walked in and employee had the door open while smoking and looked at us and didn't bother to say a word. No one was upfront to check for customers or take care of the two fryers going off. After I said the service sucks someone finally came up to take our order. We were fed up at that point and walked out. Called and talked to the assistant manager and her excuse was the employee door was broken and the employee smoking wasn't on the clock and so on. Awful funny the FedEx guy opened the door without any issue. We get better service at night. Will not be going back under any circumstances"

"Just went through the drive through window and ordered 3 sandwiches, a chili, and 2 fries. Spent just under $25 to receive no fries and hard looks from young female manager when order was sent out wrong. No one was behind us but we were asked to pull forward. Then cars behind us came and were served complete orders before an employee came out to hand me a bag with a single order of fries in it. I stopped him and explained the order was still incomplete and he said he was just bringing out the fries he was given and did not actually know our order (place was basically not busy at all, he works there, every employee should have heard the order, or seen the order). The young woman I assumed to be the manager briskly came out and quickly gave me my final bag of small fries (should have at least up-sized it with an apology) and stated "have a nice day" without smiling and a look of accusation on her face as if I was making her day unnecessarily difficult for no reason. She also quickly turned and went back inside leaving my wife and I with a feeling of awe (as in the audacity), and not particularly wanting to eat the food given to us."

"Even when I can tell some of these managers and employees have had a rough day they are always polite and try to talk to you. I'll go out of my way just to come here for this customer experience and service. Food is always hot and made properly. Quick as well."
