"We brought our 15-year-old Dyson in to have it serviced for the first time after friends told us about WestSide Vacuum. Gordon took it apart and cleaned it and it looks new again. He was able to replace the brush roll, belts, filters, and hose (the original had cracked in several places). He even got 15 years of paint scuffs off the vacuum exterior. It’s so powerful and picked up much more dust than usual when I got it home. Gordon is very knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about pros and cons of various vacuums. I definitely recommend WestSide Vacuum. Several reviews mention dogs—I saw one dog during my two visits. It sat calmly and quietly in the back room behind a gate the whole time."

"Brought in our older Dyson DC14 pet vacuum and was quite pleased with the service. Had a total overhaul of the unit with replacement filter, brush and serviceable parts. The vacuum came back like new and has worked wonderfully ever since. When I first arrived I was "greeted" by the owners two large dogs, but being a dog person it wasn't any issue at all. Certainly surprising, but not anything I'd mind. I did get a lecture on getting the vacuum serviced more regularly (which I deserved) but have been completely pleased with the results."
