"My wife and I were going to Owensboro, KY. So, we thought we'd check out a local diner cafe. And we chose Deloris's Cafe, and we had breakfast. I had eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and toast and hashbrowns. My wife had a similar dish only with ham. The bacon was thick and crisp and very good. eggs were cooked over medium, and they were absolutely perfect. The biscuit was light and flaky, very good. Toast was good. The one thing is, the gravy was kind of substandard, maybe out of a box. Disappointed in the gravy. Their server was very helpful. Very good food, came out quick, though they were very crowded. The place is old and dingy, but not dirty. It seems to be a local's favorite."
