"I did not receive good service at this location. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no. Pickle add mayonnaise and tomatoes. Got one tomato It was a combo meal when I got the french fries out. The french fries were only half full. Also ordered double cheeseburger. No pickle. Went up to the condiment counter to get ketchup in both spickets were empty. I told three different employees including the manager that the spigots were empty, and no one went to fill them up! They handed me three ketchup packets and said have a nice day! It might be me but it seems like McDonald's customer service is on the decline? I wish my experience would have been better and my food would have been better!"

"Went thru the drive thru at 10 at night. They're open till midnight but they always have the lights turned out. When I finally got my food the quarter pounder was so cold the cheese didn't even start to melt. The patty was so old and cold I couldn't eat it. The fries were the same. I got it with bacon and it had one little strip on it. Every time I drive by on my way to work they always have the lights turned out. If you don't like your job start looking for a new one. But I don't think any of them actually want to work."

"Extremely slow customer service, food is get what you pay for, as long as you get the right order in the first place. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, and my receipt said the same thing. My burger was smothered in onions, the burger itself was extremely dry like it sat out all day, and the bun was almost rock solid."

"This visit has been spectacular. Skylar, and a few of the crew members had gotten smart with me. Just because they're playing little minions to the main manipulator of the pack, the own stores general manager, Brandy Luck. If you want true, respectful, honest, and you definitely can't forget about the true care for the customers come on the night shift or seems to be every Sunday now. A grown woman, mother of 2 grown kids, (hope they dont turn out like the evil monster of a mother they have), stooped as low as a kindergarten student telling the teacher another student cut in line. Just because one single person made more of a positive impact on this store in 3 weeks, than she did in years.. one person who has the cruelty in their heart to take away a TEN HOUR SHIFT that I had worked ON THE CLOCK and ms. Lisa Sampson PERSONALLY had fixed for me just because I didn't put a date on the scratch paper that I had wrote it on as a reminder. Just because she has the power and authority to be able to do that. If everyone would like to know the TRUTH behind the reason I got fired, and that's because 4 managers fell for Brandys manipulative tactics and wrongfully terminated me. The employees who are pictured gave me full permission to use. Plus, they are family members."
