"My preteen daughter received an offer via the app for her birthday. She accidentally ordered for this store instead of the one close to home. She was a bit embarrassed by her (honest) mistake, but the front counter person made her feel special. She even put a "surprise" I the bag after finding out today was my daughter's birthday...much to the delight and excitement of my daughter. Absolutely FABULOUS customer service by this worker!!!! It's easy to find all the things that are not up to expectations, but we should also celebrate moments like these...Thank You to that worker!!!"
"Went to get something before a thing for my kids school. They weren't in any hurry to take my order. Sat there for quite a while while the girl sat playing on her phone (saw this as I drove off). Frustrating this happens so regularly at this location. They can't ever get someone in and out quick like it used to be. You're lucky these days to get your food within 10 minutes of ordering at this location. They mask it by parking everyone or pulling them up to the window. Nothing ever changes either. The service and food quality across the board has deteriorated so now there really is no reason to go to McD's again."
"Bought two fish sandwiches and asked for hot fries. They brought the sandwiches but no fries. Knocked on the window and asked for my fries. Took about 4 minutes so I asked for the manager. Manager gave me the deer in the headlights look when I complained. She said well we gave you double fries. Great hot fries and cold fish. This experience sucked. I guess that’s why I only stop here every few months."
"Edited: Tried again on july 8, ordered a large fry and at least this time it was in a medium container. Infuriating, likely last time. When did a large fry start being only half filled? And no, they're not in bottom of the bag. Lunchtime, Feb 18. Be better, yall."
