"I would highly NOT recommend this man. The first time he came out, he claimed he fixed my dishwasher, but to call if I had any more issues and he would come out for free. It still wasn’t working, so I called many times, left messages and never received any communication back. He finally picked up the phone when I called and said he would come out. He spent 5 minutes looking at my dishwasher. He claimed it was the control panel and told me he would call me the next day to give me the estimate on it. A week went by and I hadn’t heard anything. After calling him several times, he finally picked up. He told me that he would call me later the same day to let me know the estimate because my paperwork was in his truck. A month later and I have not heard a thing from this man, have called and left multiple messages (he has returned none) and my dishwasher hasn’t worked since middle of May. Very unprofessional and will never call again."

"Kevin told me to call if there was any problems with his work the first time. He replaced my icemaker but didn't wait to see what problem I had with the dishwasher, which was originally what I had him out for. I called him for a solid month straight, including the day of original service, to let him know the washer was still leaking. He has yet to return my call several months later. Get what you want done the first time because he may never come back to fix anything for free, which is what he said he'd do if I had problems with the dishwasher. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED!"

"Very friendly, texted me about an hour before appointment time to make sure we were still good for the time. Quickly made the repair, the price was reasonable, and he assured me that if we had any problems, to call him and he would take care of it."

"Forty-seven minutes from the time I called, I was fixed and he was heading back out to his truck. Exceptional service, professional and friendly. I recognize I was a bit lucky on my timing as he was between appointments but I could could not be more pleased. I highly recommend and will most certainly use again."
