"I went here today Feb 3 and got some coffee with coconut milk and a vegan bagel. I was told they didn’t have the vegan cheese but was still charged the same price. When I got my bagel, the vegan sausage was so hard, I just knew I broke my tooth. I’ve gone to Biggby several times in Michigan and I ALWAYS get this sandwich. It has NEVER tasted like this. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich for fear of breaking my teeth. So I basically paid $6 for a bagel"

"This place was nice to begin with got our food okay but no cream cheese on the bagel sandwiches we stayed and ate and then wanted to place another order. No one was up front I could see them in the back on their phone. I ordered 4 drinks and they announced them and put them on the counter when I went to get them all to go the barista couldn’t tell me which one was which and RUDELY told me we don’t mark them that’s why called it out and she would not help me figure out what drink was what. I was having a nice day before this but she was so unhelpful didn’t even try and was SO RUDE!!!!!"

"Of all the Biggby Coffee locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to every one from Plainfield to Southport to the ones in Michigan this one is the worst they never get my order right the first time I always have to bring it back and when I do I’m met with the nastiest attitude by the “manager” on duty because y’all messed up. Very argumentative and super disrespectful. I order 2 iced Teddy Bears with sweet foam you brought me hot coffee and got mad because I brought it back tf. No one ever wants to give up their higher ups contact information for a resolution. The 866 # does not work. Don’t waste your time."

"I had to wait a couple minutes to order with nobody ahead of me. I finally got to order a banana berry smoothie and pumpkin muffin. Then waited several more minutes for the items I ordered. The pumpkin muffin was great! It had cream cheese in it (in case you’re dairy free bc they do not specify that on their site or menu at all). My banana berry smoothie on the other hand ended up being a banana orange smoothie with strawberries as toppings. I’ve gotten this smoothie before at other locations and it was not like this nor did it look like this. It doesn’t even look like this on the site. Anyways, I wasted my money coming here."

"This was via DoorDash: I paid more for a 24oz coffee, so why is it 2/3 full when I get it? They also put a sticker on the lid over the mouth section, which leaves all it's glue behind when you remove it. The Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bragel was barely better than McDonald's. The cream cheese kinda ruined it, although I guess that's my fault for not reading the fine print and not asking for it to be left off. They will lather cream cheese on your sandwich unless you tell them not to. Coffee was decent, but Starbucks is better and gives me the proper amount. Likely will not be ordering again."
