"Food quantity is not enough and service takes a long time in drive-through. For example, the Napa Almond chicken sandwich consistently does not have enough chicken. I am saying this because I have had this item from many other Paneras and received satisfying portions. Will appreciate if the management makes the right adjustments and improve consistency of many of the prepared items on the menu. Thanks!"

"On 9/26 Around 430 pm I ordered a Chipotle Avacodo Melt sandwich to go. 15 minutes later I got my order. I saw 4 orders go out b4 mine as I stood by the pick up. When I got my order I checked it to make sure I got my extra Chipotle sauce on the side I ordered. It was not there I told the taller woman who seemed in charge I ididnt receive my extra Chipotle on the side. She said the person who took my order didn't add it. I responded it was on my receipt. She then tried to d3fend herself and say it wasn't on her order. She then said I have to go get the to go cup. She then gave it to me. Obviously it was on her order bcs it was on my receipt. She seemed like she was tired or having a bad day. When I got home I found my sandwich had NO Chipotle sauce on it. Good thing I got the extra on side. I saw her take the sandwich out of the toaster oven and immediately wrap it. Not sure why she didn't take the time to put the sauce on it. This store has a lit of bad reviews I now know why."

"For how little food I get for a warm bowl, I thought I got a kids meal. This is not the same Panera I liked before or it is just this store. I cancelled my membership, after I used all my gift card, I won’t come back anymore."
