Starbucks

"I was on the phone with my dad today 1.14.24 at about 4:20pm while he was ordering at the drive thru. The barista was extremely rude to him just because he couldn't hear what she was saying. She started talking to him in slow motion like he was stupid. She was very rude."

"Ordered ice white mocha extra shot not whip. Had whip window cashier caught it sent it back. Pretty sure they dumped the top out added more milk there was no espresso in it what’s so ever. Milk flavored coffee and this isn’t the first time."

"Horrible customer service, employee yelled and me! Employee oppose a threat after I ask for extra foam. His understanding of customer service is a horrible reflection of Starbucks and he should not be working within this establishment. The manager was highly professional and understanding, but I highly concern that the employee last name mado will take his frustration out on other customers! Especially when a customer is asking for extra foam, it appears to be a debate. He try oppose a threat and I not something Starbucks should want within their company. I would highly recommend a performance review on customer service. Defining the ways to handle customer request. He this employee continues I would highly recommend termination of employment otherwise the business can face lawsuits or additional poor service."

"Nothing can ruin your day more than when you happily ordered your morning usual but got something else. I ordered caramel macchiato through the drive-thru but was given a cup full of half and half milk. Didn’t noticed on time till I got to work this morning. If I wanted to drink milk, I would have ordered that at Kroger or target."

"I am NOT a coffee drinker at all, don't even like the smell of it, but Starbucks has some of the best pastries. They have an apple croissant for the fall season but either can't keep them in stock or need a new distributor. I get their cheese danish cause it's what brought me to Starbucks. I won't complain if they have one or the other."
