I ordered the vanilla cream cold brew and it was terrible with no vanilla flavor or cream on top. I told the barista it didn't look or taste right and she tried to convince me that it was right by making it in front of me at the window. she made it wrong right in my face so I just gave up and went to another Starbucks where it was properly made.
