"The app won't allow you to select Drive Thru for pickup, only inside pickup. Three times within the last week, they handed me my food in Drive Thru upon request. Today they refused and made me walk inside to get it when I was the only customer there. The clown inside was unapologetic and rude. I won't return. I hope your store fails. The White Castle you replaced was better in every way."
"I never get what I order here. Steak soft tacos end up being chicken and sour cream things. I'll order cinnamon twists and there's no cinnamon on them. They asked me what sauce I want and don't put any sauce in the bag. This place just opened, everyone should be trained up. Edit: Dropped to a 1. Ordered 3 steak soft tacos, and 2 of them are beef, 1 is steak. Every visit they make my order wrong. I paid extra for steak."
"The staff that took care of my order was awesome and the food came out quickly and for the most part hot! Unfortunately I was only able to eat 1 of the three items i bought because the other two just didn’t taste good at all. Kind of an old taste to them."
"A much better location for Taco Bell rather than further north. Thank you for great service especially since I order a plus rice and minus onion bean burrito. Good and quick service for my trip back to South Bend. The staff seems to be on top of special orders."
