"Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning! They aren’t even open full hours anymore. This location needs to be shut down. This is one the worse Panera locations in the company. I can say all of this, as I know someone who worked there and walked out because it was so dirty and poorly ran. By the way, any issues in the future, just ask for Diego. He is the one in charge and is running it into the ground. *expired food and produce. *expected to stay open and work WITHOUT HOT WATER! That means not able to sanitize and wash dishes, or wash hands. Diego said to stay open because he didn’t want his boss to know. *MOLD everywhere in the coolers where the food is kept. *Employees making food WITHOUT gloves on *Oven hasn’t been cleaned in years *Employees expected to work open to close, 7 days a week if needed. Which is why this location is so awful and takes forever to get their food. Because everyone quits because they are treated so poorly! *I could go on, but I won’t. You get the picture. Do not eat here unless you want poor service, and poor quality expired products. I also wouldn’t support a place that treats their employees like this. Unacceptable."

"I used to work for Panera HQ in Saint Louis, and have seen many of the cafes from the midwest to the east coast. This is location is dirty, under staffed, and unfriendly. As a brand, Panera represents the best of fast casual with an elevated experience and quality food. These values are not held at this location. The district manager for this location should take a hard look at the management and team operating this cafe. Id recommend starting with the first customer interaction, the ordering process. Consider having at least one associate working a register instead of relying on Kiosks as your only friendly point of interaction. Kiosk were never meant to replace the human interaction customers have come to love and expect from their local Panera. Kiosks are meant to augment the traditional ordering process allowing choice for customers who’d prefer to skip the line. After that, basic stuff like clean floors (sticky, trash, dirt), clean bathrooms, clean counters, empty trash cans, clean tables, and friendly faces. Please, get back to your roots."

"You hear about all the bad stuff and what a company does wrong, but I wanted to share about a Panera App mess up and the great customer service Jasmine provided to me yesterday. I had ordered off the app and received the message that my food was ready for pickup, but something went wrong. The food wasn't ready. I came into the cafe and talked to the manager, Jasmine, and you could tell that the crew working behind the counter was really busy, but that didn't stop Jasmine from taking time to check in with me. I shared my issue, and she apologized and told me that the food I ordered wasn't available for another half hour. Apparently, the app had made a mistake, but that didn't stop Jasmine from taking steps to make it right. She immediately went to work to help me get that order fulfilled. She did it with a great attitude and displayed a great sense of purpose and humor as we worked to take care of that order. I walked away impressed and very grateful. Restaurant work is HARD, my wife and I have both done this work, and it's not easy. I'm extra grateful to Jasmine for looking past the obstacle and finding a solution with a great attitude. I'm not a VIP at Panera, but Jasmine made me feel like one. I will be back to support and patronize this restaurant. To any management or leadership who reads this review, please thank Jasmine for me! She represented your company so well!!"

"I recently tried the Green Goddess Caprese Melt at Panera Bread, and it was an absolute delight! The toasted baguette added the perfect crunch to the sandwich, and the combination of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and the Green Goddess dressing was a taste sensation. This new sandwich is a true winner, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal at Panera. Top-notch ingredients, great service, and a cozy atmosphere make Panera my go-to spot. Five stars all the way!"

"I LOVE Panera! Have for years! Ordered a kids mac & cheese meal for my 4 yr.old, adult mac & cheese for my 10yr old, and pick 2 for me... chicken wild rice soup and chicken frontega sandwich, large passion fruit/papaya green tea and a brownie to share between us. Everything was delicious and I seriously considered channeling my inner dog and wanted to lick the bowl clean (better judgement got the best of me and I didn't, but, I regret it). Like clockwork I will be back."
