"I gave Popeyes one last chance here in Carmel, Indiana. I called in advance to see if they have Chicken Sandwiches. Yes. I waited in a line of 4 cars for 25 minutes, and once I paid, I was asked to pull over to wait. 30 minutes later I walked into the restaurant and asked for my money back, but was told my order (ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH AND FRIES) was being loaded. Sitting there, I realized that they only cook food when it’s ordered. Grade: F never again"

"Good food, though the chicken breast on my sandwich was about 1/2 the size im used to getting. Restroom was dirty with an overflowing urinal, toilet unflushed. My gift card wouldnt scan and i asked the employee if he could key it in manually, he just saod he cant do that even though other locations have done that before."

"HELL NO!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. I am a sucker for Spicy Chicken sandwiches, for 5$ you can’t beat it. JUST DON’T GO HERE. I have now been to this location (because it’s close to me) 5x. I have ordered online and got there 27 minutes AFTER I ordered, STILL WASNT READY. I have been in the (usually empty) drive-thru by myself and still waited 20 minutes for 2 Spicy chicken sandwich meals. Went to the counter tonight, nobody there, nobody in the drive thru. 11 minutes for the girl to put together a 2 piece and taters, THATS THE WHOLE ORDER. If ZERO PHUQs employees had a hangout, this is the place! Drive into Indy on 86th, those druggies move much faster and have the food in stock. Sandwiches aee always terrible too, so much so that I don’t order them at this branch anymore. The always busy Chic-fil-a in Westfield is always busy, but much faster AND BETTER. SEND HELP!! This is 5 minutes after receiving!"
