"Very good menu.. See good place to eat and relax. Food is very good. Some portions seem to be shrinking a bit since our last visits? Friendly helpful staff."
"$16 for fist full of Baja Bowl with chicken!!! I ordered at the kiosk and did not tip because... self service and all. Food quantity was HALF of what is shown in their menu picture (was it because of no tip?)!!! I am not coming here in future. This is stealing from customers!!!"
"i love panera!!!! the food is good and the staff are friendly. the unlimited sip club is really nice. it’s fast and mostly healthy which is a plus. not that busy, only problem is that they only keep one kiosk open most of the time which gets bad when there are several people waiting"
"2 hours before closing and the entire bakery rack is empty. They were sold out of baguettes. We were forced to order on the kiosk. It frustrated one customer enough that they walked out. For a so called “fresh” bakery this location never seems to have any baked goods. The kids Mac n cheese was stone cold. We were served cold food on a dish that was supposed to be served hot."
"After my years of loving Panera for their cinnamon crunch bagels, I am saddened to write this review. For starters, the cashier taking our order would not look at us in the eye, and spoke under his breath when talking, which we could barely hear. Secondly, the soda machine was all out of sorts. Both the Starry and ginger ale dispensed the same soda. It just did not feel like a regular Panera experience. The prices have skyrocketed, with the total bill for 2 people being $45. Just unfortunate."
