"This used to be my go-to Mcdonald’s, not anymore!! 3 separate occasions since the remodel I have ordered a double cheeseburger only ketchup, and every time i got a burger with the right sticker, but also onions. The final straw was the last time I went with my family, per usual my sandwich was wrong (after having to park for our order), and my moms filet o fish that she ordered, turned out to be a mcchicken patty instead of fish. Not sure how that gets mixed up scene as how they’re two very different patties, and it was in a filet o fish box. Will not be returning, ever."

"This is a brand new McDonald's just recently rebuilt. Unfortunately it has the same problems as before. Service is terrible. Food is poorly prepared. Cashiers can't get orders correct. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and drink. The fish sandwich bun was as hard as a board. The fish and cheese were disgustingly cold. When I took it back to complain the cashier acted like oh not again. When they finally brought me a new sandwich there was 4 times the normal amount of tarter sauce as is normally on a sandwich. I guess that was my punishment for complaining about the first sandwich. Never again will I go to this McDonald's since a new building didn't fix the problems."

"beautiful new building same old crew members in the store. where to start issues ordering, issues with them understanding their menu. very big language barrier lady at speaker asked if we could order in Spanish. once we got paid and pulled forward they asked us to park (3 cars already parked) we park in 4th spot and wait 5 min a young lady brings us our food and we asked is it everything she said yes and we left got home and completely wrong order. Whoever is other this store should really look into fixing the issues. a plus is the food we did get was hot and fresh but again it was all wrong for us. guess we will take the extra 10min and go to the one on Illinois st"

"Nice new building but can’t order anything here without getting parked. Takes forever. What is even happening inside this building? Multiple visits - routine regular orders - parked and long waits. Cheeseburger: “can you please pull to spot 2?” QPC: “can you please pull to spot 4?” Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel: spot 3. Two breakfast burritos: “park spot 1.” Am I ordering the wrong items??"

"Brand new building but clearly the operations and customer service are a complete afterthought. People waiting for excessive amounts of time for food. The food-ordering kiosks do not work. They are lighted and you can tap on stuff, but once you start your order, the kiosk programming is all messed up and you can’t actually order. Spent 5-10 minutes trying to order. Eventually I took an employee with me thinking maybe it was me. The employee was also not able to make it work."
