"I was unsatisfied with my recent purchase. I order a pair of shoes and had them delivered to the store. I was charged a delivery fee. When the shoes arrived they were not in a box as the box was damaged by water from its original destination. I was told the shoe was not damaged. Upon taking the shoe home and carefully examining it I noticed there was water damage. I returned the shoe to the store. I was once again charged a delivery fee to have the shoes reordered and delivered. They told me this could not be waived. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund of the delivery fees I was charged. I later went online to see if it would charge me a fee for delivery and it did not….."

"Bought a brand new pair of all white air force ones. Got them home and realized they already had 3 creases in them. I should of checked at the store like I always do but I have spent thousands there so trusted them with the quality I expected. They either cleaned them very well or something but I couldn't tell at first. They are selling used shoes as new."
"The lady who works there, she has blonde and black box braids followed me around the store awkwardly like I was trying to steal when I was simply looking around. She tried to make it seem like she wasn't, but I could tell she was. Which is really rude because what if I was looking around to pay for something and you're making me uncomfortable. Won't step foot in there again."
