"Would NOT Recommend for Busy Professionals. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday and was happy to have a next day appointment. After re-arranging my calendar so I could be available, I received a call from a dispatcher to reschedule for the next day. The next day I received a text confirming my appointment and providing a two-hour window. Although I went into the office, my plan was to re-arrange my afternoon calendar in order to make the re-scheduled appointment. After arriving home, and waiting without any updates, I called the dispatching center an hour after the two-appointment window ended to see a status. Still no info on when it would be arriving. If you work from home or don't need any specific timeframes , this is the company for you. However, if you are a professional and have any demands on your time, respect yourself -- and your time -- and go to another company. UPDATE AFTER MR. APPLIANCE'S REPLY: Mr. Appliance promised to "make it right" the first time by rescheduling and providing a $20 credit, which resulted in lost billable hours and inconvenience. You can't keep doing the same thing and expect to have any trust in your ability to perform. Also, if you can't figure who I am simply by reviewing your service call records/cancellations/etc., then you (a) either have poor record keeping, or (b) you are simply "replying" to negative posts in order to appear concerned to other reviewers without any genuine desire to examine your dispatching."

"They were able to get me in on the same day I called. Explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Repaired the problem and was great to interact with. Plus with a one year warranty on parts and labor went with the service."

"I had a technician out to fix my washing machine. His "fix" did not solve the problem, but it did cost me $600. I had the same technician out again, when I discovered that his fix did not work the first time. He came out again, and the problems were still not fixed. Now I will have to wait until Monday to get a different technician out to see me. As long as it's a simple problem they can fix in one shot, no problem. Otherwise, look elsewhere."

"The repairman replaced my element, fixed a melted wire, and adjusted the thermostat. He was very nice. He was also very knowledgeable, even though I have an old oven. He performed the repairs quickly. I felt the fee was very fair. Buying a new oven would have cost a lot more. Thanks."

"Scott, the owner was very courteous and helped me with a quotation /pricing concern I had.. He heard my concern and worked out a partial credit/refund. His tech, Chris was amazing and as a company I would highly recommend them. It was probably my fault for not requesting a quote before work was done on my dryer but I really appreciate this company going above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. I will be using them again and highly recommend them. Nice to know there are honest, efficient companies still around!"
