"I placed a mobile order with 2 pretzel twists, which are supposed to come with a cheese sauce. The order was brought out 24 minutes later, and upon checking the bag, neither cheese sauce was included. After waiting in the drive through for another 12 minutes, I was informed that they are out of cheese sauces. Since they already knew they were out of cheese sauce, it would have been nice to have been told that upon receipt of the order, so that I would not have had to waste my time. We will not be returning to this location."
"The food was cold n made sloppy. Maybe it was just this time. Most time good. But it should be anytime you let cold food go out to customers. Our curb service young lady was very nice, offered to have kitchen remake it or get something else . She highly apologized. It's not her fault.
