"Went through drive thru. Could not understand person on intercom. Placed order and when we got to window to pickup we were told the donut holes we wanted not available. Mistake for anywhere to not have people of another nationality on intercom if they can't understand customer or vice versa."

"Horrible location. I have a problem with my order almost every time I go. I asked for my iced coffee to be stirred nicely and the lady at the window looked at me like I was crazy and just simply shook the coffee at the window and handed it back dripping iced coffee down the sides. Not to mention she is extremely rude. I love their coffee but not this location at all."

"Girl with the long hair whose in her 50s always gives me a snarky look and has an attitude, so I'm gonna stop saying thank you and being polite. Rude people at this location. I only go for the convenience at this point."

"I’m not usually one to leave reviews on bad experiences but I go through Dunkin’s line almost every day and I like to try new things so I ended up ordering an order of hash browns and a coffee, when I get to work I look in the bag and there’s literally only like 6 hash browns in there. I just spent $6 on a small coffee and 6 hash browns….not to mention I couldn’t even eat all of them because they were burned and I could barely chew them. On a positive note, the lady who is at the drive through window every single day is so nice and sweet and works super hard (I wish I knew her name because I’d leave a great review for her.)"

"I never have a complaint coming to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. Even in the morning time, they are super friendly, my order is ALWAYS accurate and the nice lady at the window always looks for a reason to laugh. How can you complain about that? The store is always clean, the service is always rapidfire, and the food always seems to be fresh."
