"The time was less than an hour before closing time. I came to the Interstate Battery because I was having trouble starting my car, due to bad terminals. I walked inside and Bryce greeted me at the door. From that point it was the best customer service experience of my life! I explained my issue to Bryce and he knew exactly what I was talked about. He came out to check out what was going on. He said it looks like an easy fix. He took the time to explain what he was doing while fixing the issue perfectly! The manager also came out to check how things were going! Everything was all done in minutes. Not to mention it was 30 degrees out! This is the best location.
