"This shop on Pendleton Pike is good for plus size woman. The clothing covers and that is what I need as a plus size woman. Made a quick stop on my way some where and was satisfied. With a quick pick. Customer service was very good. Not a Rainbow shopper but walked away pleased. Thank you Rainbow for being there. When I was in a hurry."
"Selection of clothing on point. Customer service not so much. Very very rude. It was obvious the young lady didn't want to be there. Never once thanked me. Took her time ringing me up spitefully. It was a bad experience. Although they have a good selection of clothes my hard earned money is spent where it is appreciated I will not ever return. Enter at your own risk."
"This is by far the best & my Favorite rainbow ive been too ! Staff is friendly, they always have all their merchandise on the floor not stored in the back, and have good clearance selections!i love that its always very clean, & bright and open spaced, unlike other rainbows their always soo crowded that you cant even walk through to look at the merchandise without getting snagged or your hair caught onto a rack or hanger, i also love how the floor is set, everything is so organized and easy to find they have all like items together ! & of course staff are always happy to answer any questions And they actually have their fitting rooms open !!"
"I’ve always shopped here really good prices but today I was waiting for a fitting room, a white older lady saw me standing for about 5 mins and never asked if I needed help. Cashier didn’t even turn, when asked for a room she said yes one second, so rude and threw hanger. Then time to check out lightskin girl pulled her phone out and started talking on the phone. RACIST and rude"
