"Buyer Beware. This store will take your money and then never provide your order. I ordered steps for my Jeep to be delivered to my home. Folks at the counter were nice, answered every question I had then ordered everything for me. This is where the scam takes place. A week later no steps are delivered, I called the store and I receive some excuse about weather in Pennsylvania slowing down shipping. I then ask for a tracking number and I am told no problem I will send it to your email on the invoice. No email. I call again and this time I am told the same lie. Again no tracking information. After 5 phone calls with the same non-answer I am told the steps are at the store. I inform them I had them shipped to me and they need to send them as paid for. Again I receive the lie they will provide tracking information and they will ship in the morning. The next day I get a call from the store asking when I would like to bring in my Jeep for install. Again, I tell them my steps are to be shipped. The individual on the phone magically finds the notes on my order that says they need to ship. He then provides the same lie that the manager will provide me tracking information. As of today, still no information. Three weeks later I still have no steps and the store has yet to provide any information/status. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company as I still do not have what I paid for. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. There are better options online and with better service."
