"My husband and I had purchased quite a few clothing items on 7/3. We returned the ones that did not fit on 7/5. The clerk said 2 of the shirt’s colored tags did not match what was on the receipt so she could not refund the money- store policy. All the men’s shirts were the same value. The next day I noticed she not refund me the money for 2 pairs of jeans I returned. Please check your receipt before leaving the store to make sure they rang it up correctly. Make sure to check your return receipt to make sure they refunded (on the Goodwill card) the correct amount. I think I’ll be supporting Wheeler Mission or Salvation Army instead."
"I had a good thrifting experience here as it was my first time at this location. I love the book section & they had some nice books. Overall the store was clean & it didn't smell bad so that's a plus! Friendly cashier's & decent prices. I will definitely return to this location when I'm in the area!"
