Our Hazel Dell location is currently only accepting 2 Totes (18 gal containers) indefinitely, on a first come, first serve basis. For accurate buy counter wait times, please call ahead at (317) 573-4002. Our store hours are Monday-Saturday 10a-7p and Sunday 12p-6p, with extended hours for your convenience. We buy and sell top gently used brands like Loft, Lululemon, J-Crew, Express, Banana Republic, Free People, and more. "This place has really gone down hill. They use to have much more reasonable prices and would actually buy a lot of things from sellers. I don't even go here anymore because of the high prices. Clothes mentor and Platos closet (both in the area) are way better, and you get more bang for your buck."

"I love shopping at this store, the staff are friendly. However, I have come in a few times to sell with brand new clothes and they won't take anything. I have been told they are out of date (which they have been within the year mark) or they look to old. I understand the quality of the clothes they are looking for. However, I am not sure they even go through each item. And if they take an item they give very little for the item. I recommend shopping here, but I do not recommend selling here."
"Love this place and I will continue to shop, but sadly the selling has changed. I offered a brand new $65 Nike sweatshirt with tags and was offered $2 for it. I was also offered .95 cents for a nice B&B candle holder. I understand that have to make a profit but I never felt so shorted selling there before. Again, still love the place and staff is great. The selling has definitely changed though :/"
"I’ve been shopping at simply chic for almost 2 years now. Decided to take some of my gently used freshly laundered clothing, and they told me that it wasn’t “freshly laundered and ready for the floor and covered in pet hair” considering they just came from a laundromat and dry cleaner that’s highly suspicious. Come to find out some of the items I took in are now missing. Not worth the time not worth the energy not worth my money. And that’s considered theft"
