"Every time I go to express don't know one ever speak to you act like they don't even see you. Castleton square express doesn't have any good customer service. I would not ever buy anything out of there."

"Walked in at 7:55 pm after searching on Google which said they close at 9pm. A worker walks up to me asking me to be quick because they close in 5 mins. I told him on Google you guys are closing at 9, he said no, that must be the other store. I tried to show it to him but he walked away. The young ladies behind the desk kept yelling at the guy "why are you letting people in, it's closing time" they had very bad attitude. Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman. Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location."

"Pretty standard express. Always seems to be clean and organized. The lines do tend to get long and sometimes the check out staff don't know how to do simple things like execute an online order return in store. This is probably why the lines get backed up. Overall the clothes and store are nice."
