"So not customer friendly! In the store twice this week. I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help. When I checked out, the sales associate said "oh sorry , we were busy looking at the new merchandise". Poorly managed and super poor customer service."

"Worst website to order online ever!!! How can someone order items if you cannot even get into the website and select clothing for purchase. Your website allows no navigation and selection of items. Please hire knowledgeable IT folks that can manage your website effectively."

"Difficult sales associates - either unfriendly, unwilling or can't answer inventory Qs. Better to purchase online after viewing materials/products, etc. Also better to return via original service delivered. Have been in this location 3x since December. Same each time. Hope they can resolve! Know everyone is having hiring challenges into 2023."

"I was in the store during the clearance event and it was such a joy. I never feel rushed or hurried, even though it was very busy. There were lots of items in stock still and plenty of staff to assist in the dressing room and on the sales floor. A lovely associate even took the time to ask about the recent loss of my mother. The staff get to know their clientele at this location-and it is so appreciated!"

"I debated on posting but I was so disappointed and shocked at the literal lack of service. I walked into the women's section and not a single associate was there. I continued to shop and had arms full of items. Still no associate to be found. Multiple other customers walked in and walked out during this time. I let myself into a fitting room, which the three I looked in all had clothes still left in them. You could write your name in the dust that had accumulated on the ledge of the mirror. I tried on my clothes, and an associate came and spoke to the person in a fitting room next to me but didn't check on me. I went so far as to write my own name on the door when I went out to check for other sizes and still nothing. There was a man standing on the phone in the women's section behind when I came out bit he didn't look up while I was grabbing my other items to continue trying on. I went back and although I liked a few items I couldn't bring myself to purchase them due to the lack of service. I walked back out and the man who had been on the phone was talking to another associate. Still no one said anything to me. I made it half way out and turned around and only as I walked towards the associate making eye contact was I greeted. I explained in detail the above and she apologized with a simple, "I am sorry." We use to spend so much money at this location but will not be returning."
