"I really dislike this Starbucks, the customer service here is awful. I have tried to order coffee at this location a couple times in the last few months. Both times I went, the barista told me they could not make my coffee because they were out of ONE ingredient... They said they could not substitute anything out and make something similar. Both times I wanted to buy coffee, but I left the store empty-handed. The employees here are not creative with the drinks or good with the customers. I would not go again or recommend this store to anybody."

"Ordered 2 trenta strawberry açaí refreshers and both had only a couple of strawberries when it’s supposed to be 2 scoops . I ordered them both with peach juice and light ice, they’re both watered down with a lot of ice. The color of the drink even looks light. What a waste of money!!! At least the delivery driver was great and ahead of time."

"This place is a hub for all healthcare workers before they go into work! Very busy but work at an efficient pace. I come here a lot and today I ordered a grande Iced vanilla latte. The coffee beans tasted burnt. Overly burnt. It seems with the foot traffic, the quality has gone down. The baristas are really nice though. As for the atmosphere, I studied here for 4-5 hours and didn't really see one person clean the table tops. The table I sat down at was really sticky, and I had to wipe it down myself before putting my stuff down. Overall, this is a busy place so expect quality to decrease during peak hours. Busy hours you tend to have to wait ~10 minutes for your drink. Normal hours they are okay. I would probably come back sometime because it is so near to my apartment."

The young lady at the register was very nice and professional, and she even offered my knowledge on the benefits of using the Starbucks app. I sat down and relaxed while I drank on my delicious tea. It was very chill, comfortable and relaxed. This is a great location!"
