"Brought my car in for a simple flat, screw in tire. They proceeded to strip the lug nut and the bolt it fastened to. Of course they said it wasn’t their fault. It was fine till I brought it to them. Told me it wasn’t a problem…they could cut it out and charge me for it and could safely drive on 4/5 bolts. Told them to stop, picked up my car, took it elsewhere and they fixed it no problem. Won’t be back here ever."

"Stay away! I should have known when I was the only one in line and not one of the four people at the counter recognized my existence for ten minutes. My appointment was at 1:30 I dropped off my car at 1:00. At purchase I was told new tires would be 1.5 t o 2 hours. Great I get off work at 4:30. Called at 4:00 they have not even started on it. Should have been completed at 3-3:30. I am now leaving at 6:30. I should have followed my gut when I was waiting in line."

"Nice group of people here that are happy to accommodate you and work quickly. I bought wheels online through a different retailer, but Belle was happy to install them on my car for me. They also have very competitive prices, so I ended up spending less than I expected. I was even able to get a same-day appointment which was great. And if you qualify, they have a military discount which is just icing on the cake."
