"I have always taken my vehicles to Penske. They do a great work on our vehicles, but the low stars are due to customer service. I have to check on things, ask questions, and request assistance for things that should be offered or explained to me. The last visit to services was for a flat tire. The flat was fix, but the spare that AAA put on for me was put in trunk and not where it belonged under the floor of the van. It took us almost an hour to figure out how to get that spare back in the van and I cut my hand in the process. If I was closer and not on my way to an event I would have taken it back to service. It was slamming back and forth in the trunk at easy stop."

She came in better than both estimates and had me back on the road, completely checked out, within an hour. You can't ask for more."
