"This lady was impatient processing my return. She was kind enough to explain in the beginning but she was doing the wrong thing that’s why it didn’t make sense to me. I explained my need again then she said I didn’t say that when I said it in the very beginning already. I don’t mind how long it takes to figure it out. It’s her attitude. "I don’t like to write negative reviews, however I feel like I have to this time. I am a visitor from out of town staying at a hotel nearby. I needed a dress for a wedding and usually love Ann Taylor’s clothes. I browsed the store while numerous sales people started dressing rooms for others… I was never spoken to or asked if I needed help. Granted, I was in yoga pants and a sweatshirt…. shouldn’t matter… when I said that I needed to try something on, one of the sales people said “there is a wait”… nothing more. I put the clothes I wanted to try on back up and will order online. This is Ann Taylor for heaven’s sake…. not Neiman Marcus…I would add that you never know who you are waiting on (not that it should matter) but it did in this instance."
