"Matt Johnson was truly exceptional in all his efforts to put us in a great car for a good price. He never stopped trying to meet our needs and did so with a kind and courteous disposition and provided informative advice on the direction of our pursuit for a new Hyundai. My wife and I have had Hyundais for the last 17 years and truly love them. It was apparent that Matt shares a love of the Hyundai brand as well. The dealer floor manager could not have been nicer and welcoming and accommodating. Both Matt Johnson and Citron Choice deserve a raise, promotion and much praise. I enjoyed the experience so much, I am planning on buying another Hyundai for me (The one we just purchased is for my wife). "Overall happy with our transaction with Tameron Hyundai but there’s one exception hence the one star deduction. The price listed online was not honored because we did not finance the vehicle but paid cash. I don’t think that’s right at all. We were literally penalized $750 for being frugal and responsible with our money and saving up to purchase a vehicle. Man, this world is so backwards. You used to get a discount for paying cash for purchases. I feel like they shouldn’t advertise a vehicle for a price if they’re not willing to sell the vehicle for the listed price regardless of method of pay. On the other hand, we were very pleased with our salesman Chris Boothe. He was amazing to work with. He was very patient as we considered several different vehicles and took each on test drives. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. If he didn’t know the answer to a question he was honest and told us so and didn’t give us “salesman talk”. That’s the type of salesman I want to do business with. Tameron Hyundai, I would ask that you reconsider how you list pricing for vehicles online or at least list a cash price vs financed price to be honest and transparent and not make your customers feel like they were bait and switched."
