"Justin and Keisha were awesome and went above and beyond to help us when having car trouble and trying to get back to Atlanta. A+++ People. Awesome experience!"

"Never again. I gave them 3 chances. Last straw, I literally rolled in there, engine was dying. Didn't offer to do a diagnostic, nothing. $200 later on a battery, that I ordered online. Was told it wasn't in stock and tried to send me somewhere else. The battery I paid for was indeed there, however I was then told they don't provide loaner tools to install the battery. Long story short it wasn't the battery it was the alternator. If someone would have taken the time, (as they advertise), I could have gotten my car fixed alot sooner, and alot cheaper. The employees looked at me like I was wasting their time. Very hood like atmosphere. For what you charge, you should be able to get decent people in there."

"2x bad experience. 1st time didn't offer a diagnostic. 2nd time rolled in and got attitude. I was already panicked. Ordered a Parr online and was told that they didn't keep up with inventory. Employees were cussing. Never offered assistance they advertise. Employees cussing. Extremely uncomfortable. Lost my business."

"The female employees are a bit rude honestly, bujee even. The other employees try too hard to act like they actually mechanics, so they are rather condescending, when they're in fact just cashiers, simply put. Granted, I'm sure if they have been there any amount of time then they HOPEFULLY have picked up some bits of useful knowledge here & there, however, it would be who of them to remember that it's exactly that : bits of useful knowledge here & there, & stay in their lane. Aside from this specific location employing female snobbs who are bujee for no good reason & the male employees come off as condescending, arrogant & honestly slightly misogynistic, I still like the actual inventory so, since the employees can't seem to treat me right, as long as they leave me be [[I try to interact with them as little as possible for real]], I don't mind shopping at this AutoZone. Plus, it's close to home."
