"The team member refused to refund my purchase. The manager refused as well. When I asked for the contact information for the district manager the store manager stated that there was no district manager and that she didn't have a name. The team member and manager had a poor attitude on me entering into the store."

"The employee that work on the 2nd shift her name is Miranda and she is the " Manager" at this store. She discriminates Hispanic customers, she is not willing to accept a return of a purchase made at a different location, or from the same store. I had to go to a different store just because she didn't wanted to give my money back on my debit card. She put to many excuses and telling me to go to a different store. I asked her for her employee number (I wanted to report her) she refused saying that it was personal and she couldn't share. I could only get her name from her shirt. I went back today because I needed to check the warranty of an item. I was speaking to a different employee because I was trying to avoid her, and she passed behind him and said: " that's very stupid" I stayed quite because I didn't want to jump to conclusions I wasn't sure if she meant that for me to hear it. The employee that was helping me, just looked at me and said nothing and ignored it. And the only people there was the 3 of us and another client walking around the store. She was not on the phone. I did call to make a complaint about this. Didn't wanted to make it public but it's been 3 times that I have had problems with this same lady Miranda and her comment from today was the cherry on top. I don't know if Advance auto parts considered their customers "stupid" like Miranda those."

"Refused to honor price match guarantee. I drove here from the airport one night in the rain with one headlight. Manager refused to match the local Walmart price, local part in stock, on the same day, for the exact same light bulb. Sylvania H11 xtravision single bulb. So as I was driving down the road to Walmart. I noticed O'Reilly Auto Parts and decided to see whether they price matched. Sure enough the O'Reilly associate honored the O'Reilly price match guarantee and I gladly spent my money there, changed my bulb and told them I would write about my experience. Go to O'Reilly their service was superior. Advance Failed Miserably. I sent advance online my report. The website clearly states price match guarantee and every store I'd been to before honored their policy. This story's manager needs to be trained in store policy. Go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts."
